How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us directly via our Contact Us page and include your order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue. We'll connect you with the appropriate service team.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Grills are large, heavy items and ship via freight carrier. Typical transit times are 1–7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number and the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST ship same day, order tracking sent to customer no later than 24 hours if all products are available.
What should I expect on delivery day?
Freight deliveries are curbside by default — the carrier brings the item to the end of your driveway or building entrance. If you need inside delivery or white-glove service, contact us before ordering. For full shipping details, see our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?
Shipping availability and rates for locations outside the contiguous US vary. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm options and costs.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within the timeframe outlined in our Returns Policy. Due to the size and freight cost of grills, return shipping fees may apply. Items must be in original, unused condition.
What if my grill arrives damaged?
Inspect your delivery carefully before signing the freight receipt. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and take photos. Contact us immediately at Contact Us — do not refuse delivery, as that can complicate the claim process.
Installation & Setup
Do built-in grills require professional installation?
Yes. Built-in grills must be installed by a licensed contractor or certified professional. Gas line connections — natural gas or propane — must comply with local building codes. Always consult a qualified professional before installation.
What clearances are required around the grill?
Clearance requirements vary by model. Refer to the installation manual included with your grill or available on the manufacturer's website. As a general rule, maintain the minimum side, rear, and overhead clearances specified for your model to ensure safe operation.
Is assembly required?
Freestanding grills typically require some assembly (attaching legs, side shelves, etc.). Built-in grills require full outdoor kitchen installation. Kamado grills usually require minimal setup. Specific assembly instructions are included with each unit.
Propane vs. Natural Gas
Can I use my grill with either propane or natural gas?
Most grills are sold configured for one fuel type — either propane (LP) or natural gas (NG). Some models are available in both configurations or can be converted with an approved conversion kit. Please confirm the fuel type when ordering, as this cannot be changed without the correct conversion kit.
Can I convert my grill from propane to natural gas (or vice versa)?
Some models support conversion with a manufacturer-approved conversion kit. Conversion must be performed by a qualified technician. Using a grill with the wrong fuel type or an unapproved kit can be dangerous and will void your warranty. Contact us before purchasing a conversion kit to confirm compatibility.
Do I need a regulator for natural gas?
Natural gas grills connect directly to your home's gas line and typically do not use a separate regulator the way propane setups do. Your licensed installer will confirm the correct connection requirements for your model and local gas pressure.

How do I choose the right size grill?
Consider how many people you typically cook for and what cooking styles you use most:
- Built-in grills are ideal for permanent outdoor kitchens. Sizes range from compact (24") to professional (42"+ cooking surfaces).
- Freestanding grills offer flexibility and portability. Great for patios and decks where a fixed installation isn't practical.
- Kamado grills excel at low-and-slow smoking, high-heat searing, and even baking. They retain heat exceptionally well and are ideal for year-round cooking.
