It is built from 304 stainless steel to withstand the elements, and it features cast stainless steel "E" burners that put out an impressive 28,000 BTUs each. It comes equipped with signature Diamond Sear Cooking Grids for optimal heat transfer, and 16 gauge stainless steel flavor grids ensure even heat distribution. The sizeable 1056 square inch grilling surface gives you all the space you'll need for traditional grilling, and the addition of a rotisserie kit and (2) Quantum rotisserie back burners adds versatility. The hood is double walled and features a spring-assisted hinge for easy opening, and the 12-inch firebox ensures reliable convection heat for evenly cooked meals.
