The Fire Magic Echelon Diamond E1060i propane built-in grill combines a large cooking surface with a factory-installed infrared burner in the left-hand position. Sear over infrared heat and use the remaining cast stainless steel burners for the rest of your meal. An angled analog thermometer in the solid stainless steel hood gives you a clear temperature reference. Diamond Sear cooking grids, two rear rotisserie burners and the included rotisserie kit make this a versatile centerpiece for a large outdoor kitchen.
