Description
The Blaze Outdoor Oven is a gas oven built for more than pizza. A 17-inch ceramic pizza stone rotates at the push of a button so pies bake evenly without hand-turning, and a vertical rotisserie rod with drip tray plus two cooking racks handle roasts, racks of lamb and multi-rack meals. The oven reaches up to 550°F, and the stone surface can exceed 700°F for high-heat baking.
A new digital display shows the oven temperature, and wireless Bluetooth meat probes report food temperature on screen in real time. The double-walled glass door and interior lights let you watch the cook without opening the door and losing heat. Built from 304 stainless steel, it drops into a 24 1/2" W x 24 5/16" D x 8 9/16" H cutout. Use the BLZ-26-PZOVN-TBL sleeve for countertop use or the BLZ-26-PZOVN-CART2 cart to run it freestanding (both sold separately). Choose natural gas or propane above.
