Description
The Ruby4BIR adds an infrared back burner and a rotisserie motor and rod assembly to the 36" Ruby. Four 11-gauge stainless I-burners (80,000 BTU) cover 720 sq in, and the 15,000 BTU infrared back burner brings the total to 95,000 BTU and browns rotisserie chicken, prime rib or pork loin evenly as it turns.
Everything else matches the Ruby4B: 304 stainless steel construction, solid 304 stainless grates with variable rod spacing, the high-heat searing grate, flame-thrower ignition on each burner, color-changing LED control lights and halogen interior lights. Cut-out is 33-1/2" W x 22" D x 10" H. Choose propane or natural gas.
