Collection: Blaze LTE PRO Grills & Components

The Blaze LTE PRO is a 32 or 40-inch built-in gas grill whose control panel shows the grill-surface temperature and the readings of two included meat probes. It shares the LTE+ burner layout, then adds 12 mm hexagonal grates, a taller firebox and a rotisserie kit in the box. Each model comes in propane or natural gas.

What's in the Blaze LTE PRO series

Both LTE PRO grills use cast stainless steel burners at 14,000 BTU each plus a 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner, inside a 304 stainless steel body with a full-length drip tray and stainless tri-baffle flame tamers. What sets the series apart:

  • Digital temperature screen: the control panel reads the grill surface and two meat probes, so you can cook to doneness without lifting the hood. Blaze notes that hood gauges can read roughly 200 to 300 degrees F below the grate surface, while the probes read the food itself.
  • Rotisserie kit included: it runs over the rear infrared burner, and the taller firebox gives room for a turkey of about 10 lb.
  • 12 mm hexagonal grates: heavier than the 9 mm rods on the LTE+.
  • Lighting: knurled knobs with LED indicators that glow red when gas is flowing, and an interior light that switches on automatically.
  • Spring-assisted hood: H-handle and cushioned dampers so the hood does not slam.
  • Two warming racks: a stainless taco rack and a heavy-duty multi-purpose rack.

Blaze LTE PRO models and sizes

Model Width Burners Total BTU Cooking space Cut-out (W x D x H)
BLZ-4LTEPRO 32" 4 x 14,000 + 10,000 rear 66,000 715 sq. in. 30-3/4" x 21-1/4" x 9-1/2"
BLZ-5LTEPRO 40" 5 x 14,000 + 10,000 rear 80,000 897 sq. in. 38" x 21-1/4" x 9-1/2"

Both need 28" of height with the hood open. The LTE PRO cut-outs are 1" taller than the LTE+ cut-outs, so an island built for an LTE+ will need its opening changed.

How to choose a Blaze LTE PRO

  • LTE PRO or LTE+: both have the same burners and BTU. Choose the LTE PRO for the temperature screen, probes, included rotisserie and heavier grates.
  • Size: the 40-inch adds a fifth burner and 182 sq. in. more cooking space.
  • Power: plan a 15-amp GFCI-protected outlet on the back wall inside the island for the screen and lights.
  • Griddle station: the LTE PRO 40-inch griddle also has a digital temperature screen.

Blaze LTE PRO FAQ

How many meat probes come with the Blaze LTE PRO?

Two. The probe jacks sit beside the display power button at the lower right of the control panel, and the screen shows both probe readings along with the grill-surface temperature.

Does the Blaze LTE PRO need electricity?

Yes. The Blaze manual calls for a 15-amp outlet on a GFCI-protected breaker, mounted on the back wall inside the island, for the screen and lights. Use only outdoor-rated extension cords.

Is the rotisserie included?

Yes. Both LTE PRO models include a rotisserie kit for the 10,000 BTU rear infrared burner; on the Premium LTE and LTE+ it is sold separately.

Can I put an LTE PRO in an island built for an LTE+?

Not without changes. The LTE PRO cut-out is 9-1/2" high versus 8-1/2" for the LTE+, and the 32-inch LTE PRO opening is 30-3/4" wide versus 30-5/8". Check the LTE PRO manual before cutting.

Can I convert an LTE PRO from propane to natural gas?

Order the fuel you have. Blaze's manual says conversion between fuels must be done only by a licensed gas professional; natural gas runs at 4" water column and propane at 11".

What warranty does the LTE PRO have?

Blaze gives a lifetime warranty (parts) on the burners, grates, body, valves, stainless parts and flame tamers, and 1 year on ignition, lighting and electrical parts. Register within 30 days of purchase.
