Description
The LuxCraft 5′ Classic Glider (5CPG) is a standard-height glider that seats up to three on a wide, bench-style seat. The high back of LuxCraft's Classic line gives steady support for long sitting without feeling overly reclined. The seat is 60" wide and 18" deep, and the glider measures 67" W x 30" D x 43" H and weighs 124 lb.
A flip-down center console comes standard. Lowered, it is a shared armrest with integrated cup holders for two people, with room for a game of solitaire or an afternoon snack; raised, it makes room for a third person. A reinforced frame and smooth gliding mechanism keep the motion stable and consistent.
LuxCraft builds it in an Ohio Amish Country workshop from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) poly lumber that is over 90% recycled post-consumer material by weight. The color is UV-stabilized, and the poly resists moisture, splintering, warping and insects without staining, sealing or painting. For two people, see the 4′ Classic Glider (4CPG); for one, the 2′ Classic Glider Chair (2CPG). The 5-foot glider also comes with an Adirondack back (5APG) or a Plain rollback back (5PPG), and the 5′ Classic Balcony Glider (5CPBAG) is the raised-seat version with a footrest.
Before you order: choose the color above, and check the 67" x 30" footprint and 124 lb weight against your porch or patio. LuxCraft does not publish the seat height or an assembly sheet for this model.

Care: LuxCraft poly lumber needs no staining, sealing or painting. Brush off dirt and debris and rinse with a hose; for tougher stains, scrub gently with mild soap and water and rinse well. Avoid strong cleaners and harsh chemicals. LuxCraft recommends its Poly-Brite Cleaning Kit (PBCK); Poly-Brite 32 oz (POLBRI) is also sold on its own. In extreme conditions such as coastal areas, the stainless steel fasteners can rust if they are not maintained.
Warranty
LuxCraft gives a limited lifetime warranty for residential use and a 5-year limited warranty for commercial use, covering defective products or parts from the date of purchase. After inspecting the item and confirming an original defect, LuxCraft decides whether to repair or replace it; if the model is no longer made, it substitutes a product of similar performance and equal or greater value. The stainless steel fasteners are warranted not to fail structurally for the same period, but they can rust in extreme conditions such as coastal areas if not maintained.
Not covered: fading or staining from sunlight or other substances (the poly is UV-stabilized, not fade-proof), normal expansion and contraction with humidity and temperature, and scratches in the polyethylene.
