Collection: Blaze Professional LUX Grills

The Blaze Professional LUX is Blaze's highest-output built-in gas grill series, made in a 34-inch 3-burner (BLZ-3PRO) and a 44-inch 4-burner (BLZ-4PRO). Each burner is an 18,000 BTU cast stainless H-burner, versus 14,000 BTU on the LTE+ and LTE PRO, and both grills include a rotisserie kit for the rear infrared burner.

How to choose a Blaze Professional LUX

  • Size: the 44-inch adds a fourth burner and 234 sq. in. more cooking area; the 34-inch fits a shorter island run.
  • Cut-out: LUX openings are 23-5/8" deep and 10-1/2" high, deeper and taller than the LTE+ or LTE PRO, so plan the island for the LUX from the start.
  • LUX or LTE PRO: the LUX has higher-output 18,000 BTU H-burners and wider sizes; the LTE PRO has the digital temperature screen and meat probes.
  • Power: the lights need a 15-amp GFI-protected circuit inside the island.

Blaze Professional LUX FAQ

What sizes does the Blaze Professional LUX come in?

Two built-in sizes we carry: the 34-inch 3-burner BLZ-3PRO and the 44-inch 4-burner BLZ-4PRO. Each comes as a propane (LP) or natural gas (NG) model.

Is the rotisserie included with the Professional LUX?

Yes. Both models include a rotisserie kit with a waterproof motor and forks for the 10,000 BTU rear infrared burner. Blaze's manual says never to use the rear burner with the warming rack in place.

What clearances does a Professional LUX need?

The Blaze Professional manual calls for at least 18" from combustible material at the sides and back, 5" behind the grill for the lid, and at least 6 feet between the countertop and any overhead construction. Never install it under unprotected combustible overhead construction.

Do I need an insulated jacket?

Only if the island is built from combustible materials. The Blaze manual says to install the LUX in a non-combustible enclosure; otherwise use BLZ-3PRO-IJ (34-inch) or BLZ-4PRO-IJ (44-inch), and vent the island.

How do I clean a Professional LUX grill?

Per the Blaze manual: run the main burners on high for 10 to 15 minutes with the hood closed and brush the grids, run the infrared burner on high for 5 to 7 minutes with the hood open after each use, wash the drip tray in hot soapy water, and wipe the exterior with stainless cleaner along the grain.

What warranty does the Professional LUX have?

Blaze gives a limited lifetime warranty on the main burners, cooking grids, body, flame tamers, heat zone separators, warming rack and control valves, and 1 year on ignition, electronic and lighting parts. Register within 30 days; Blaze states the grill is not intended for commercial use.
