Blackstone 36-Inch Built-In Griddle with Hood - 6331

Blackstone 36-Inch Drop-In Griddle With Hood for Outdoor Kitchens: Four Zones, Blackout Plate, Propane or Natural Gas

Description

The Blackstone 36-Inch Built-In Griddle with Hood drops into an outdoor kitchen or BBQ island and gives you a full-size, four-burner griddle station with a protective hood. Its Omnivore Blackout griddle plate comes pre-seasoned, and Omnizone flat burners spread heat evenly across four independently controlled zones.

It is designed for evening cooking as much as daytime: LED-illuminated control knobs are easy to read in low light, and dimmable puddle lighting under the griddle casts a soft glow on the island face. The hood closes over the plate between cooks to keep it protected.

Choose propane (6331) or natural gas (6331NG) above. Installing it in a combustible enclosure, such as a wood-framed island, requires the Blackstone 36-inch insulating jacket (6430). The matching 36-inch drop-in griddle cover (5958) protects it between uses. Cut-out dimensions are in Blackstone's installation manual; our team can confirm the cut-out and gas requirements before you build.
