Blackstone 36-Inch Insulating Jacket for Installing a 4-Burner Drop-In Griddle in a Combustible Island

Description

This 304 stainless steel insulating jacket is required when you install a Blackstone 36-inch, 4-burner drop-in griddle into a combustible enclosure, such as a wood-framed outdoor kitchen or a BBQ island built with combustible materials. It lines the countertop cut-out and creates the insulated pocket the griddle drops into.

An integrated countertop trim flange finishes the edge of the opening, a drainage channel lets water escape, and a utility grommet routes the gas line and lighting cable. It works with both the natural gas and propane versions of the griddle and needs substructure support underneath.

Countertop cut-out for the jacket: 43-3/8 in. wide x 26-1/16 in. deep x 9-3/16 in. deep. Check Blackstone's installation manual before cutting, or ask our team to confirm the fit.
