Description
The Blackstone 48" Catering Griddle (model 2120) is built for feeding a crowd at events, reunions and parties. It has a 48" Omnivore griddle plate with six control knobs, on a cart with four locking swivel casters.
It is made to travel: heavy-duty side handles, guards around the control knobs, and a hard cover that latches over the griddle protect it in transit and day to day. Two propane tank holders keep both tanks on the cart.
Grease runs to the back of the plate and into two extra-large grease cups.
