Description

The Blackstone Select 36-Inch Black Griddle with Cart puts a full-size, four-zone cooking surface under a built-in hood, finished in durable black powder coat. Its Omnivore Blackout griddle plate comes pre-seasoned with full coverage, so it is ready for the first cook straight out of the box.

Omnizone flat burners spread heat edge to edge across four independently controlled heat zones, which makes it easy to run a full menu at once: sear burgers on one side, toast buns and hold vegetables warm on the other. The hood closes over the plate between meals to keep it protected and clean.

Two folding side shelves add prep space and fold down when the griddle needs to roll away, and locking caster wheels hold it steady while you cook. The propane model (2519) stores its tank inside the cart and adds a digital electronic tank scale, so you can check your fuel level before you start. A natural gas model (2519NG) is also available; choose the fuel type above.
