Description
The Blackstone Select 36" Built-In Griddle with Hood (model 6336) brings a 36" Omnivore MAX griddle plate to an outdoor kitchen. The 35-1/2" x 21-1/2" cooking surface runs on Omnizone burners across four heat zones.
It is set up for cooking after dark: lights in the hood shine on the griddle, LED flame-status knobs show which zones are lit, and ambient puddle lighting glows under the unit. A flame-failure safety device and rear grease management round it out. It comes in propane (6336) and natural gas (6336NG) versions; choose the fuel above.
