Description
The Blackstone Select Pizza Oven (model 6831) is a propane pizza oven on a cart, built from 304 stainless steel. It uses Blackstone's patented 2Stone technology: the top stone radiates heat down onto the pizza while the bottom 16" stone rotates under it, so the pizza bakes evenly without turning it by hand.
Blackstone rates it to 900°F. Its gauge reads the air temperature below the stone, and Crust Control lets you balance the heat. A perforated pizza peel is included and stores in a built-in holster.
The propane tank goes in the cart cabinet, where soft-close hinges keep the door shut in the wind. Dual side shelves and four accessory hangers hold toppings and tools.
