Description
The Bull Bison Premium is a 30-inch built-in charcoal grill in 304 stainless steel, sized to sit in an island next to Bull's gas grills. It has 575 sq. in. of primary cooking surface and a 176 sq. in. warming rack.
An adjustable charcoal bed sets the distance between coals and food, and a high-temperature oven gasket with a sealed vent system holds heat for low-and-slow cooking. The grates are heavy-duty stainless steel, with a heavy-duty thermometer in the hood.
Plan ahead: it ships fully assembled. The island and the floor under it must be non-combustible, and the ash box door needs clear access from the front.

Installation planning
- Cut-out: 29-1/2" W x 18-1/2" D x 13-1/4" H. Overall size: 32-1/8" W x 25-1/8" D x 25-5/16" H.
- Build it into a non-combustible enclosure, and keep the area around it clear of combustible material.
- Keep 21" between the sides and back of the grill and any combustible material.
- It ships fully assembled. The supporting structure and floor must be non-combustible, and nothing may block the ash box.
Care: Set the heat with the three dampers (side, front and bottom) and the crank that raises or lowers the charcoal bed. Let ashes cool for at least 48 hours, or soak them with water and leave them 24 hours in a metal container, before disposal. Clean with mild soap and water; no abrasives.
Warranty
Bull warranty for its charcoal grill: 5 years on the insert assembly and 1 year on all other parts. Bull's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser at the original site of delivery or installation. It does not transfer to a later owner and does not cover rental, commercial or other non-residential use. Bull replaces the defective part or product free of charge, but does not pay shipping on replacement parts or labor. Damage from transport, storage, improper installation or use, the wrong gas supply, skipped maintenance, modifications, normal wear, rust, corrosion, oxidation or discoloration is not covered.
Register the product with Bull online (customer service portal) or with the mail-in card in the box, and keep your receipt: Bull asks for both when you make a warranty claim.
