Description
The Bull slide-in removable griddle (97020) adds a flat-top cooking surface to a Bull gas grill: a 19-1/2" x 15" plate of heavy-duty 304 stainless steel with a large grease trough built in. Bull lists it for its built-in and freestanding grills, for eggs, pancakes, tacos, smash burgers and other foods that would fall through the grates.
It slides in and lifts out, so one grill can switch between griddle cooking and regular grilling without a second appliance. Bull lists the plate at 20 lb and 13/16" overall height.
Check fit before ordering: Bull's page names Bull built-in and freestanding grills but no specific models. Send us your grill's model number and we will confirm the fit with Bull. If you want a full-size flat-top instead of a plate inside the grill, see the Bull 30" built-in griddle.

Using the griddle
- Fit first: confirm your Bull grill model with us before ordering.
- Cool before handling: Bull publishes no separate instructions for the griddle, so slide it in or out only when the grill and plate are cool, and light and run the grill as its own manual describes.
- Grease: empty the plate's grease trough as it fills, and keep the grill's own grease tray clean as Bull's grill manuals direct.
Care: Let the plate cool before cleaning it. Keep the stainless steel clean and dry: Bull notes stainless is not rust-proof near pools, salt air, lawn chemicals and in hot, humid weather.
Warranty
Bull's warranty policy (v2026.10.29) states that grilling and pizza accessories and grill covers do not include a warranty period, and the policy does not list the griddle separately.
