Description
P-R-Fork is a set of two split forks for the Sunstone stainless steel rotisserie kit. The forks slide onto the spit rod and clamp the roast or bird from each end so it stays centered and turns evenly over the infrared back burner.
They are 304 stainless steel, so they resist rust and clean up easily after a greasy cook. Use them to replace lost or bent forks, or to add a second pair for longer roasts.
