Summerset Hybrid Countertop Pizza Oven: Gas Precision and Wood-Fired Flavor, Up to 932°F
Description
The Summerset Hybrid Pizza Oven cooks on gas, on wood, or on both. A 40,000 BTU jet-type gas burner gives fast, controllable heat. A separate 9,000 BTU wood-burner gas starter lights a wood fire on the stainless steel wood rack for real wood-fired flavor. The oven reaches up to 932°F on a 390 sq. in. cordierite cooking stone.
A digital thermometer with dual meat probes tracks the oven and the food. The body is #443 stainless steel and sits on adjustable feet. Summerset designs the Hybrid as a countertop (tabletop) oven on a non-combustible surface. In a combustible surround it must be used with a Summerset insulating jacket/oven liner.
