Description
The Summerset Pro Power Burner (PB2PRO) is a high-output built-in burner for wok cooking, seafood boils and big stock pots. Summerset rates the inner ring at 24,000 BTU and the outer ring at 36,000 BTU, under a #201 stainless steel grate with 215 sq. in. of cooking surface.
The body is #443 stainless steel with LED front-panel lighting and white-to-red ignition indicators. Choose natural gas or propane above. Add the power burner liner for a combustible island and the power burner cover.

Installation planning
- Cut-out: 13-3/4" W x 19" D x 8" H. Overall size: 15-3/4" W x 23-1/4" D x 9-5/8" H.
- Clearances: at least 4" from a non-combustible wall or backsplash; at least 14" from a protected combustible wall.
- The lights need power; ask us how to connect them before you build.
- Ventilation openings in the island must give a combined free area of at least 40 sq. in.
- Natural gas models use the supplied regulator set to 4" water column; propane needs a regulator set to 11" water column. Have a licensed gas fitter make the connection.
Warranty
Summerset (AMD Direct) Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty, non-prorated replacement parts: lifetime on construction and manufacturer defects, the stainless steel construction, cooking grates, burners, burner covers, valves, flame tamers, heat zone separators, temperature gauges, hood springs and briquette systems; 3 years on all other parts, components and electrical, including LED bulbs, wire harness, switches, power source wire, transformer and interior halogen light. Register the product with AMD Direct within 30 days of purchase to validate the warranty. It covers the original purchaser at the original site of delivery and ends if ownership transfers. Warranty claims supply replacement parts only, not labor, and the warranty does not cover discoloration, surface rust or corrosion from harsh, coastal or salt-air environments, or damage from improper installation, misuse or grease fires.
