Description
SUNCP-FYER turns one section of a Sunstone grill into a deep fryer. Remove a single cooking grate on a Ruby Series grill, the SUN13CPRO Companion Pro or the SUNCHSZ30IR hybrid and drop the 304 stainless steel reservoir into its place, then fry wings, fries, tempura or poppers right over the burner.
It also works as a steamer with the included perforated tray, or as a boiler for corn and seafood. The insert measures 10-3/8" W x 19-1/8" D x 5" H, is made from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel that will not warp under high heat, and comes with a lid and a commercial-size fryer basket.
