15" round claystone pizza stone with stainless steel elevation rack
Description
The SUN15PSTONE is a 15" diameter claystone baking stone that sits on a stainless steel rack, raising the pizza off the grates. The stone draws moisture out of the dough so the crust bakes crisp, and it keeps the pizza hot after it comes off the grill. The rack doubles as a carrier from grill to table.
Use it for pizza, flatbread, reheating tortillas, or baking bread, pies and cookies on a covered grill. Sunstone recommends starting with the stone on a cold grill and preheating for about 30 minutes; putting a cold stone on a hot grill can crack it. It is included with the SUN24PCB Power Cirque complete package.
