Description
The Ruby3B is the 30" grill in Sunstone's Ruby Series. Three 11-gauge fabricated stainless I-burners deliver 60,000 BTU across 540 sq in of cooking space, and each burner has its own flame-thrower ignition that needs no batteries. The included high-heat searing grate gives steakhouse sear marks without a separate infrared burner.
The grill is 304 stainless steel throughout, with solid 304 stainless cooking grates that use variable rod spacing for both thick steaks and small vegetables. Control-panel LEDs shift from blue to red as the grill heats, and halogen interior lights help at night. It drops into a 27-1/2" W x 22" D x 10" H cut-out; the SUNJK33 jacket fits it for combustible islands. Choose propane or natural gas.
