Three-piece 304 stainless cooking grate set with 15" round inset for the Ruby 30"
Description
R-GR3B is the factory cooking grate set for the Ruby 30" 3-burner grill. The three grates are built from heavy 5/8" 304 stainless steel bars and include the 15" round inset that lets you drop in a round accessory, such as a wok ring or round sear plate, in the middle of the grill.
Thick bars hold and return a lot of heat, which is what gives strong sear marks, and 304 stainless steel resists rust without any coating to chip. The set weighs about 8 lbs. Order R-GR4B or R-GR5B for the 36" and 42" Ruby grills.
