Description
The Blackstone 28" Drop-In Griddle Insulating Jacket (model 6228) lines the countertop cut-out when a Blackstone 3-burner drop-in griddle goes into a combustible enclosure, such as a wood-framed outdoor kitchen or BBQ island. Blackstone designs it for its 3-burner drop-in griddle and lists it as essential in that situation.
It is 304 stainless steel, with an integrated trim kit that finishes the edge of the opening, a drainage channel for water, and a utility grommet for routing the gas line and cable. The jacket needs substructure support underneath.
