Blackstone 28-Inch XL Built-In Griddle with Hood - 6332

Blackstone 28-Inch XL Drop-In Griddle With Hood: Three Zones and Ambient Lighting for BBQ Islands

Description

The Blackstone 28-Inch XL Built-In Griddle with Hood is a three-burner drop-in griddle for outdoor kitchens and custom BBQ islands where a 36-inch unit is more than you need. The pre-seasoned Omnivore Blackout griddle plate delivers consistent heat and quicker warm-up, and Omnizone flat burners give you three independently controlled heat zones.

The hood protects the cooking surface between meals, LED-illuminated knobs stay readable at night, and dimmable puddle lighting under the griddle adds a soft glow to the island for late cooks.

Choose propane (6332) or natural gas (6332NG) above. For a combustible enclosure, install it with the Blackstone 28-inch insulating jacket (6228). The 28-inch XL drop-in griddle cover (5957) is designed to fit it. Cut-out dimensions are in Blackstone's installation manual; our team can confirm them, and your gas supply, before you build.
