The Blaze BCM (Builder Classic Model) is Blaze's straightforward commercial-style grill: three cast 304 stainless steel burners at 14,000 BTUs each, a double-lined 304 stainless hood, and none of the extras that add cost without adding cooking performance. At 25 inches wide it fits a 23 1/4" W x 21 1/4" D x 8 1/2" H cutout, making it a practical choice for smaller islands, multi-family properties and apartment complexes.

Heavy-duty 9 mm triangular stainless steel cooking rods leave strong sear marks, perforated flame-stabilizing grids protect the burners and limit flare-ups, and a full-width roll-out drip tray with removable lower heat baffles keeps cleanup simple. Available for natural gas or propane — choose the fuel type above. Add the Blaze BLZ-3-CART-SC cart (sold separately) to run it freestanding.
